Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note for International Customers: We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our premium furniture collections. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition – unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All hardware and accessories must be included
- Valid proof of purchase is required
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature or hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bedroom Benches with upholstered seating
- Custom-sized Bookshelves & Bookcases
- Special order Dining Room Sets & Collections
- Any furniture item that has been assembled, used, or modified
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Order Number
- Item Name
- Reason for Return
- Preferred Resolution (Refund or Exchange for specific item)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will:
- Verify your return eligibility
- Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Send detailed return shipping instructions
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials. Affix the return label (if provided) and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3-5 business days after return approval (subject to availability)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International Returns
For international returns, shipping must be arranged through the original carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS). Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable.
