Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging
- All hardware and accessories must be included
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature or hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bedroom Benches with upholstered seating
- Custom-sized Bookshelves & Bookcases
- Special order Dining Room Sets & Collections
- Any furniture item that has been assembled, used, or modified
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our customer service team will:
- Verify your return eligibility
- Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Send detailed return shipping instructions
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all protective materials. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
Note: For exchanges, please wait for confirmation of available stock before shipping your return.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3-5 business days after return approval
Return Shipping Information
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), return shipping must be arranged through the original carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS). Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable.
